Zhejiang Yili Automobile Air Condition Co., Ltd.is located in Longquan City, Zhejiang Province, known as the capital of celadon and swords, a natural oxygen bar in southwestern Zhejiang, and a national production base for automotive air conditioning components. Founded in 1997, the company is committed to the integrated development of R&D, design, manufacturing and sales of electronic components for automotive air conditioning systems. Its main products include blower motor resistors, electronic speed control modules, and various series of electronic sensors. The company has cooperated with a number of well-known domestic manufacturers of blowers and electric fans, developing customized speed control modules that have achieved industrialized mass production. The two major product series initially developed at the company’s founding—automotive air conditioning pressure switches and air conditioning service tools—remain in continuous production. After more than 20 years of persistent efforts, the company’s sales network covers the global market.

With more than a decade of dedicated R&D in the automotive electronics field, Zhejiang Yili has integrated advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. In response to the potential supporting market for the new energy vehicle industry and the trend toward integration and intelligence in automotive electronics, the company established a new Electronics Division in 2016, together with a dedicated R&D center and a laboratory building. At this stage, the company’s core products are automotive pressure sensors, adopting technologies and processes including diffused silicon, ceramic resistive, ceramic capacitive, and glass micro-fused technologies. The core R&D team is actively developing new types of sensors for other application fields. The brushless motor drive module, whose R&D was launched in 2016, has completed verification and on-vehicle testing. It is expected to achieve industrialization in 2019, contributing Yili’s expertise to address the chip shortage for blower motors in both domestic and international markets.

Zhejiang Yili Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in early 2017. The new company covers an area of 30 mu, with a constructed workshop area of 20,000 square meters, and has built new automated intelligent production lines in accordance with international process standards for electronic products.

The company holds certifications including IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001, CE and RoHS. From 2010 to 2018, products developed by the company were granted a number of national invention patents and software copyrights. It was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2012, and its R&D center was accredited as a Provincial Enterprise Research Institute in 2017. Thanks to persistent technological innovation, reliable product quality and strong competitiveness, the company has won high recognition from the market, and was awarded the title of National Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New "Little Giant" Enterprise in 2023.
