The core team of the Automotive Electronics Division covers two series of products including blower speed regulating resistors/modules and pressure sensors. The team includes more than 30 personnel in structural design, software and hardware development and testing, sensor technology, industrial engineering technology, mold and tooling technology.

R＆D promotion
Limited by the company's location, human resources and environment, apart from the company's local engineering team construction, an independent R＆D center has been set up in Changzhou, Jiangsu, drawing technical personnel from the pre-installation market to formulate technology development strategies, new product development, old product transformation, Technical support and consulting work such as technical management to meet the development needs of enterprises.。
Set up a new experimental center with complete facilities, including environmental laboratories, simple EMC laboratories, physical and chemical laboratories and other professional laboratories. The first phase covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters and is equipped with more than 100 sets of test equipment. The test items cover Dozens of experiments on electrical parameters, physics, life, and environmental performance of conventional automotive electronic components and other electronic products. According to the laboratory system 17025 construction, apply for certification after the completion of the second phase of construction.
The company currently has a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and is applying to build a national-level enterprise technology center.
