On July 2, Zhejiang Yili held the opening ceremony of the first "Sailor Program" youth talent training class. Huang Zhongyi, general manager of the company, attended and delivered a speech. 20 "Young Sailors" from the company's R&D, quality, sales and other departments selected in the early stage and some teaching instructors attended the opening ceremony.

Afterwards, general manager Huang Zhongyi brought the first lesson "Corporate Culture and Development Vision" to the young sailors, describing the company's entire process from early start-up, transformation and upgrading, to the current steady development. He also introduced the connotation of perseverance's corporate culture, the company's future development direction and prospects to the students, and firmly believed that with the joint efforts of everyone, perseverance will become an indispensable part of Chinese manufacturing. It also emphasizes the relationship between talents and the mutual growth of enterprises. What is the Sailor Program?

"Sailor Plan" is a reserve talent training plan that Zhejiang Yili is carrying out, and it is also the most basic and most important link in the three major plans of talent strategy that Yili focuses on future development.

Training objects: a group of outstanding young people with good development potential selected from various positions in the company;

Training objectives: After training, they will become outstanding front-line backbone employees who are competent for important positions of perseverance;

Training period: two years, and an assessment will be conducted at the end of the training period.
