On the evening of September 10, along with warm applause, the first phase of the 2021 Perseverance "Sailor Plan" youth talent training course, which lasted for nearly two months, was successfully concluded.

Since the beginning of July, according to the talent training syllabus and teaching plan, the tutor team regularly gives 90-minute lectures to the students every Friday. And from the determination of goals and the establishment of seven elements, the formulation process of a complete work plan is introduced. Taking the production of bubble tea as an example, he shared how to use SOP and Gantt chart to improve work efficiency.

Zou Fuping: "Financial Management and Tax Law" - popularized tax law, various invoices and other financial knowledge to everyone, and shared the reasons for the increase of production costs and the risks brought by enterprises from a financial point of view, and on how to carry out effective internal control. In the first stage of training, the instructors carefully prepared the courseware, and the students listened carefully, discussed actively, and completed their homework in a timely manner.
